When I first got started on my health journey, I really wished I would have had someone to show the me the ropes so I would have been able to go around the obstacles instead of trying to hurdle over them and falling flat on my face. I mean, changing your diet and lifestyle and losing 130 pounds is a big change for anyone! Having someone there to encourage you along the way and give you the little tips that can avoid big problems can make all the difference.

I have a holistic understanding of health and realize that a person is only as strong as their weakest link. As a result, I acknowledge that for optimum results, no aspect of healthful living should be ignored, and I keep this in mind while coaching my clients.

A 15 minutes phone or Skype conversation is included at the beginning of both coaching programs so I can get a better understanding of your current health goals as well as your current or past health issues.

Both of my coaching programs also include:

  • Giving you every bit of information that will best ensure your vibrant health and happiness, including the simple things I did to lose over 130 pounds.
  • One 20 minute phone or Skype conversation per week to give you the chance to explain to me any struggles or other obstacles you are going through so I can help you resolve it. This also gives you the opportunity to express any other questions or concerns, as well as having one-on-one contact with me for motivation.
  • Email contact with me throughout the week and the weekends. I’ll be there to resolve any issues you may have with your transition, including social situations, food prep, and anything else you may need.
  • Daily meal guides tailored to your specific taste preferences, availability, schedule, caloric needs, and food budget.
  • Personal exercise plan for your personal goals and current physical fitness abilities.

I offer my coaching programs in 2 different packages:

1 Month Gold Package: Comes with four 20 minute phone or Skype conversations, daily meal guides tailored to your specific tastes and budget, personal exercise program, and unlimited email contact with me throughout the week and the weekends. Price is $309, saving you $154 off the last two weeks! Significantly less than most other health coaching programs!

2 Week Silver Package:  Comes with two 20 minute phone or Skype conversations, daily meal guides tailored to your specific tastes and budget, personal exercise program, and unlimited email contact with me throughout the week and the weekends. Price is $227. Significantly less than most other health coaching programs!

To ensure all of my clients have the best experience possible and that I can dedicate my full potential to them, I am able to take on 3-4 clients at a time.
