Where do you get your essential fatty acids and dietary fat on a low-fat high-carb raw vegan diet? Where do you get your omega 3's? It's actually much more simple than many people will try to lead you to believe. Typically those people are also the ones who peddle fish oil and omega 3 supplements too.
Following a low-fat raw vegan diet really isn't low in fat, it's just a healthy amount of fat! Today I discuss a few of my favorite sources of that dietary fat.
